Customer Service & Support Specialist

Description: We are looking for a long term customer support employee to work with a fast moving eCommerce business.
Main Duties include: Customer Service for Product Ordering from Website (Email and Phone Support), processing of labels each day for products ordered. We will train the right employee.
Skills:
- Great Communicator – You will need to be talking to people and managing relationships
- Types at least 55 WPM – 90+ is even better
- Great with Technology – You will need to learn how to use software systems like Asana, Helpscout, Amazon, eBay and WordPress.
- Organized – You will need to help keep the business organized.
Bonus: We are looking for someone that can think about marketing as well and ways to grow our online presence. Social media marketing experience, and PPC is also a good.
Location: Frisco/Hackberry, TX (It’s north of the Colony, west of Frisco and south of Little Elm on the East side of Lake Lewisville).
Hours: M-F 10-5 with a few hours on the weekend that can be done remotely to manage the support queue and make sure we are responding in a timely manner.
Pay: DOE – This is an entry level position that can grow to more depending on the person and goals.
