After phone and in-home consultations, La Belle’s clients receive several customized options, prepared with design software. This gives customers a chance to see how different fabrics and colors will look on their windows before fabric is cut. Once the client chooses the final fabric and design, work begins. In 6 to 8 weeks, the drapes are ready to be installed, and Mamie Adams (La Belle’s owner) and the installer work with the customer to make sure the drapes look exactly the way they want.
All businesses have their own mission and style, and Osky Blue’s web designers showcase this in a website’s graphics and layout. La Belle Designs’ website has a sophisticated ivory-white background with medium-grey text for a subdued appearance, and the site is easy to read and navigate. The home page describes La Belle Designs’ mission and introduces the drapery design and creation process with photos and a link to a full page describing step-by-step custom design and installation methods.
La Belle Designs’ website includes an “about” page introducing Mamie and how La Belle Designs evolved, and a gallery of beautiful photos of drapery creations for living spaces, kitchen and dining, bed and bath, plus photos with close-ups of the drapery fabric. A separate page announces promotions, with a contact form so customers can join the mailing list. The customer review page lists reviews via Houzz, the home design website, and there’s a contact page with phone, email link and contact form. A drop down menu on the right side of the page reveals a list of links when clicked.
Although the website’s emphasis is on a sophisticated design and message, Osky’s team included SEO keywords throughout the text and call to action contact forms and layout to attract customers’ attention. We’ve include Facebook, WeChat and email icons on each page so prospects can reach La Belle Designs through their favorite method.
