New Website Design for Commercial Realtors

New Website Design for Commercial Realtors

The team at Osky Blue works hard to help our clients to stay up-to date with their online presence, so when a recent client, Southwest Realty Group, engaged the Osky Blue team to rebuild their website, we immediately started researching options to showcase their commercial listings and business model.

About Southwest Realty

Southwest Realty Group helps business owners buy, sell and lease convenience stores and fuel distributorships. SRG has completed the sale and lease of hundreds of convenience stores and gas station properties located in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas. In addition to buying, selling and leasing transactions, SRG is also experienced in funding and debt refinancing consultation for commercial properties.

Project Goals

Southwest Realty came to Osky Blue with a goal of creating a website that not only had an updated design, but that would allow them to prominently display their featured brokerage properties and past projects as well as easily add new listings in the future. They also wanted to be able to track visits to the website to see what online channels bring them traffic and what content interests site visitors most.

Our Solution

To create the new website, Osky Blue started with an updated sitemap, content and images. The new layout was designed to streamline the site’s navigation, feature higher quality images more prominently, and entice potential clients to contact SRG from the site.

Homepage Before

Homepage After

On the homepage, the double navigation was removed, a larger full-width image used, and call-to-action (CTA) buttons added. Additional features on the new homepage include a map of the area served and information about the SRG team

The entire website was redesigned to display a featured listing section as well as a streamlined contact us form above the footer of every page.

Brokerage Before

Brokerage After

On the Brokerage page, again the navigation was streamlined and a new image of a modern convenience store was added. A bold title and a CTA button that links to previously sold or leased projects were added to create a more focused page designed to entice potential clients to learn more about SRG’s expertise and track record.

Finance Before

Finance After

With the Finance page, the goal was to make the content more scannable and streamlined and to use imagery that instills trust with potential clients.

A new About Us page was added to provide background on the knowledge and credentials of the SRG team as well as provide an outline on the company’s specialized areas of expertise.

The Previous Project page features a number of previous convenience stores leased or sold by SRG.

The Featured Listings page was an important new addition to the website and was designed to allow SRG to truly showcase current projects with images, a map, property specs, revenue potential, and a strip photo gallery

A single Contact Us page was added as the landing page for some of the CTA buttons and top navigation menu option to help people who want to streamline the process and communicate directly with the SRG team do so easily.

Within less than 3 days of launch the site had over 100 page views including traffic from Google search and Facebook sources.
